The department generally is concerned with the business side of the hospital. It is concerned with management and control of hospital finances, human capital, hospital infrastructure & equipment, hospital fleet, general stocks as well as coordinating and linking the hospital with outside world and provide receptionist services to the clients. The department also provide hospital secretarial services to both the Hospital Executive Board meetings and general Staff Meetings.
